Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions and some insight into how I work and what it takes for us to create the best results together.

HOW DOES THE BOOKING WORK?
Once we have spoken and you have chosen your date, I will send you a contract.
I ask that the contract be signed within a week so that we can reserve your day.
At the same time, a prepayment of 50% of the total price is paid — the rest is paid after the wedding. Once this is done, your day is officially booked and we begin planning.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Every wedding is different – and that is why there is no one fixed price. I do not work with “packages” in the classic sense, but with tailor-made solutions that match you, your day and your expectations. Most couples invest between 30,000 and 60,000 DKK. depending on how extensive the coverage is (photo, film, travel, number of days, etc.). I always have a personal conversation with you first, so that you get a realistic idea of budget, options and what makes the most sense for you. The most important thing for me is that you feel like you are getting something that is done properly – and that will last a lifetime.
ARE TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION INCLUDED?
Travel and accommodation expenses are always agreed upon when we put together your investment. All travel arrangements are coordinated by me (unless otherwise agreed), so you can relax and know that everything is handled professionally.
DO YOU WORK ALONE OR DO YOU HAVE A TEAM?
Sometimes I'm alone and other times I work closely with my regular team — both photographers and videographers, depending on your needs and the size of the wedding. For larger events, I bring in extra assistants so we can cover more angles, moods and details.
ANALOG FILM OR DIGITAL?
Both. I use both analog film and digital cameras – sometimes in combination – to create the look that best conveys the mood of the day. Film provides texture, warmth and timelessness. Digital provides flexibility, especially in low light and late hours.
When I deliver your images and films, it is like one unified story where everything is visually connected.
WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
For weddings in Denmark I arrive by appointment the same day. For destination weddings I always arrive at least the day before. I believe that good results do not happen by chance, but through trust, calm and preparation. My job is to create security and deliver images and films that feel like your day – not like a project.
WHAT IF YOU ARE PREVENTED FROM COMING?
Fortunately, that has never happened, but I always take unforeseen events into account.
Should I become ill or unable to attend, I will ensure that an experienced and competent colleague from my team/network can step in for me – someone I trust 100%. Alternatively, the entire advance payment is refunded, but fortunately this has never been necessary.
WHAT ABOUT THE FAMILY PORTRAITS?
Classic family portraits are important – but they shouldn't steal the energy of the day.
I recommend that we make a list of the most important combinations in advance.
This makes the process quick and smooth on the day, so you can get back to your guests and enjoy the party. Please let me know if there are any special family constellations we need to take into account.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE GET?
I deliver a carefully curated selection of images — typically 50–70 images per hour, depending on your schedule. All images are carefully selected, color-corrected, and edited to ensure the tone and mood feel consistent and authentic. I eliminate images with blinks, awkward expressions, or technical errors, leaving you with only the best.
WHAT ABOUT RETOUCHING?
I believe in aesthetics through authenticity.
All images are color adjusted and exposure corrected, but without losing the natural texture, skin tone or mood. Major retouching (background adjustments, removal of larger objects, etc.) can be done for an additional fee if desired.
WHEN WILL WE GET PICTURES AND FILM?

Portrait sessions and engagement photos: approximately 3–4 weeks

Wedding photos: approximately 4-6 weeks

Wedding photos + Film: approximately 8–12 weeks (depending on duration and complexity)
You will have access to a beautiful, private online gallery where you can view, download and share all material.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE A GOOD SCHEDULE?
I always work closely with your wedding planner (or you if you don’t have one) to create a realistic and harmonious schedule. This planning ensures that we get everything done – without stress – and that the most important moments are captured in the best light. There is always a little extra space in the plan, so there is room for spontaneous moments and natural movement.
IF IT RAINS?
Then the expression changes a little – but the magic doesn't disappear. And the atmosphere remains yours. I help find alternatives and we embrace the weather as part of the story.
CAN WE CUSTOMIZE A PACKAGE?
Of course. Every wedding is different, and I don't believe in standard solutions. Tell me what you want, and I'll put together a proposal that matches you and your day. My goal is always for you to feel like it's your experience, not just a product.
